July 19th Ottawa RSO Postponed

The RSO Series was supposed to make a stop in Ottawa/ Aylmer on July 19th. However, a soccer group booked the field inside the 400-meter Aylmer track. As a result of this conflict, the RSO Series is postponed. A new date will be announce at a later time.

I'm a long time hockey player looking at getting involved with inline skating, with the intent of getting competitive with it eventually. I live in Waterloo right now, and am wondering if there's anyone who commutes for practice? For those of you who were at the Canada Day Marathon, I entered the 21km marathon and was the local guy with the goofy mustache (a bet...it's gone now) and missing tooth (hockey injury). Precipitation is variable this evening and radar map shows possibility of rain at the track. However, sun is shining right now at the Pearson Airport. We will go ahead with club practice tonight but be prepared that we may need to wrap up early.
